Commercial Liability Attorney, General Liability Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Manage civil litigation cases as a Commercial/General Liability Attorney.

• Undertake assignments with minimal oversight.

• Perform legal research and draft written documents.

• Engage in interactions with clients.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Collaborate effectively in a collegial setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Must be licensed and authorized to practice in the State of Oregon.

• Proficiency in one or more areas of law including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability.

• Exceptional skills in litigation, writing, and persuasive communication.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Demonstrated research abilities.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing assignments with minimal supervision.

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• A cover letter, resume, and writing sample are required for submission.
