This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide continuous sales support to commercial lenders while identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Organize presentation materials and assist in scheduling sales calls.
• Manage daily routine tasks, expedite ad hoc requests, and support CRM management.
• Proactively oversee the loan process from origination to closing.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation.
• Input financial information into the loan system.
• Address documentation exceptions and update financial statements accordingly.
• Prepare files for portfolio review.
• Maintain prospect lists and generate reports to track maturing lines and loans.
• Monitor past-due accounts and follow up on overdue portfolio items.
• Coordinate the initiation of deposit and other banking services with branch and deposit operations partners.
• Respond promptly to borrower inquiries and issues, delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and HR-related assistance to the lender.
• Advocate for social, economic, environmental, and racial justice while pursuing sustainability education.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, regulations, and state and federal lending requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance to address suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.
• Complete mandatory web-based compliance and IT training.
• Deliver high-quality results both independently and as part of a team.
• Several years of experience supporting commercial bankers.
• Capability to complete assignments with minimal oversight and supervision.
• Technical understanding of commercial banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent education and formal training preferred.
• Strong accounting and mathematical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking and commercial lending.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in loan servicing.
• Ability to learn new tools and effectively utilize technology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Compliance with BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, and relevant state and federal lending requirements.
• Capability to sit, talk, and hear, with the occasional ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to attend remote meetings, travel, and work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify.
