This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential commercial clients, including property managers, facility managers, and property management firms.
• Identify key decision-makers and arrange appointments for the commercial sales team.
• Keep precise records of activities and results in the CRM system.
• Follow up on and cultivate relationships with warm leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and organize your own schedule.
• Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in B2B appointment-setting or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Performance-based bonus.
