Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service equipment.

• Exhibit mechanical proficiency, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to interpret diagrams and schematics.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment.

• Liaise with manufacturers for diagnosis and parts identification.

• Seek assistance from the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while on-site.

• Efficiently install parts ordered for clients in a timely manner.

• Advocate for and suggest additional services offered by Smart Care to customers.

• Create precise and prompt administrative documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service is necessary.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record is mandatory.

• Willingness and capability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.

• Availability for occasional overnight travel is required.
