Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen appliances, such as ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, executing necessary repairs.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment is functioning at its best.

• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and team members to complete service calls and projects.

• Maintain precise records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities conducted.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering professional relationships with clients.

• Keep current with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience as a Hot Side Service Technician or in a comparable position.

• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers.

• Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills along with excellent customer service capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
