This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the main IT liaison for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Operations.
• Create and sustain a multi-year commercial technology roadmap that aligns with business growth and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Lead the enablement and optimization of commercial systems throughout the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing on tools for campaigns, lead management, scoring, and digital engagement platforms.
• Assist Sales with opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, territory/quota solutions, and CRM workflows.
• Serve as the functional owner for Salesforce, overseeing requirements, backlog prioritization, release planning, and user adoption.
• Manage communications with stakeholders, set expectations, and establish governance structures.
• Over 7 years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Commercial Systems, or related roles.
• In-depth understanding of the commercial technology ecosystem and lead-to-cash processes.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud is required; familiarity with CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing integrations is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
