Commercial Insurance Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and business owners.

• Perform needs assessments for each client to identify any coverage gaps.

• Oversee commercial client accounts, aiding the agency's new business objectives and re-marketing of commercial policies.

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

• Efficiently respond to inquiries related to insurance coverage, policy modifications, claims submissions, and billing verification.

• Acquire knowledge of products, services, and systems.

• Support personal goals and the agency's success by promoting new business opportunities, cross-selling, and engaging in new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

• Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance is essential.

• Familiarity with multiple insurance carriers is required.

• Must pass a background check.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient operational computing skills with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (including Microsoft Office Suites and Internet Browsers).

• A confident self-starter who is able to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience with the Applied EPIC management system is preferred.
