This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborate independently or within a team to carry out installations.
• Read and analyze blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Install cabling, field devices, and controls in accordance with specifications.
• Ensure that installations are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with managers and team members to meet installation deadlines.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Engage professionally with owners and end users, including training stakeholders on system operation.
• Commission cloud-based systems on users' mobile devices and instruct them on how to operate those systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial security installation.
• Willingness to pursue NICET certification(s) as necessary.
• Must possess or be able to obtain fire alarm technician licenses for Ohio and West Virginia.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
