This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within heating and cooling units.

• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, which includes thermostatic controls and liquid lines.

• Service refrigeration systems, encompassing refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps.

• Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems while adjusting internal control mechanisms.

• Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist with the planning and design of HVAC systems.

• Ensure adherence to City, State, and EPA regulations by keeping thorough maintenance records.

• Recognize and address risks to uphold a safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with management to uphold safety and operational standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.

• Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must hold an EPA Universal Certification.

• Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and be insurable under the company’s insurance policy.
