Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients by leveraging Carrier’s installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor locations.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct assessments of customer needs, address inquiries, and secure new maintenance agreements.

• Build rapport with customers and apply effective questioning techniques to uncover the prospect’s needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and subsequent steps.

• Create tailored proposals to meet customer requirements and facilitate sales closures.

• Conduct site surveys and facility walkthroughs to assess equipment and site conditions for evaluating customer needs and drafting maintenance agreement proposals.

• Utilize relevant sales tools such as Salesforce to monitor and effectively manage an active pipeline of sales opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with operations to ensure high-quality outcomes on Maintenance Agreements and address customer concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Building Management, Building Automation Systems, Service Agreements, HVAC Controls, or HVAC Commercial Sales.

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.

• Ability to lift or carry 20 lbs, climb ladders or stairs, and work comfortably on roofs or platforms.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary as daily travel within the area is required.
