📋 Description

• Act as the primary talent partner for the commercial leadership within Food & Beverage Solutions.

• Formulate and implement talent strategies that are in line with customer segments, territorial growth, and strategic initiatives.

• Utilize existing industry connections to proactively seek out and engage top-performing commercial professionals in food and beverage manufacturing.

• Create and sustain talent maps that encompass competitors, adjacent specialty chemical providers, and pertinent service partners.

• Evaluate candidates based on their commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, technical credibility, regulatory knowledge, and cultural fit.

• Offer insights into market trends regarding compensation, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability in the F&B commercial sector.

• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition operations, and leadership to guarantee a streamlined and high-quality hiring process.

• Develop long-term talent pipelines that align with multi-year growth goals across key accounts and regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, account management, or recruiting within food and beverage manufacturing, specialty chemicals, sanitation solutions, or related fields.

• Proven depth of professional connections within the food and beverage commercial sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of F&B production environments, plant-level decision-making, and consultative sales processes.

• Ability to quickly establish credibility with senior sales leaders and key account stakeholders.

• High business acumen with the capacity to assess commercial performance drivers within a complex, regulated setting.

• Proactive and relationship-oriented approach to attracting passive talent.

• Comfort in a role that combines strategic market engagement with disciplined hiring execution.
