
Commercial Go-To-Market GTM Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume responsibility for projects and qualified leads entered into Salesforce by the GTM Sales Analyst.
• Oversee the area funnel and pinpoint projects that are stalled.
• Supply field representatives with technical information, submittals, or incentives to further project advancement.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule throughout multi-month construction timelines.
• Facilitate, monitor, and manage Buying Agreements within regional pricing and margin benchmarks.
• Track customer engagement with Buying Agreements and assess the effectiveness of pricing and packaging.
• Coordinate and monitor project pre-bid and bid-day meetings.
• Align field representatives, contractors, and estimating teams with relevant project data and documentation.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitor strategies and pricing.
• Perform win/loss analyses and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure that won accounts generate sustainable, high-quality revenue.
• Report on win/loss trends to Product, Pricing, and GTM strategy teams.
• Ensure accuracy of Salesforce data for forecasting closing-stage pipeline.
• Provide insights on objection handling and the utilization of competitive Battle Cards.
• Support training and mentoring for new sales team members.
• Maintain a library of case studies, white papers, and technical one-pagers for field use.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Success, Revenue Operations, or advanced Project Management, particularly in the commercial construction, roofing, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Willingness to travel: 5-10%.
• Proficient computer skills, including the Google Business Suite.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, such as creating regional dashboards, tracking sales velocity, and identifying data bottlenecks.
• Strong understanding of the commercial bidding, estimating, and submittal processes.
• Financial aptitude related to quoting and Buying Agreement frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills to motivate, coach, and align independent field representatives and Area Managers to achieve deal milestones.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities, client requests, and long-term project deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer-sponsored visa (work permit).
