This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Serve as the dedicated yet independent finance partner to the leadership of Americas Sales.
• Aid in revenue growth by providing clear trade-offs regarding margin, pricing, and deal structure.
• Ensure that finance is integrated into commercial decision-making processes (not just retrospective analysis).
• Create, report on, and manage the comprehensive commercial P&L for the Americas.
• Enhance gross margin across various channels (dealer, retail).
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders as a guide, advisor, and mentor on SG&A expenditures throughout the region.
• Assist the team in enhancing customer profitability.
• Implement pricing and governance frameworks within the parameters set by the CEO, CFO, and CCO.
• Oversee deal desk support for non-standard or large-scale commercial agreements.
• Ensure disciplined discounting practices and margin protection.
• Provide rolling 12-month forecasts for revenue and margin.
• Promote forecast accuracy and clarity regarding risks and opportunities.
• Establish strong bottoms-up visibility from sales pipelines.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk roles.
• Significant experience collaborating directly with Sales leaders.
• Proven success in influencing pricing and deal results.
• Comfortable functioning in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership positions.
• Strong business acumen — capable of balancing growth with profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly skilled in Excel, including the use of macros and pivot tables.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in extracting and manipulating data from ERPs and data warehouses.
• Experience across the US, Mexico, and Canada (Preferred).
• Background in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing setting (Preferred).
