This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales & Commercial teams on new MRO proposals.
• Prepare financial summaries and models for VP and President-level review.
• Standardize financial outputs to enhance consistency in VP Gate preparations across various sites.
• Assist in the financial validation of bids created by different sites.
• Create scalable modeling templates to minimize manual efforts.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and Executive teams.
• Support financial escalation modeling (e.g., pricing increases, margin effects).
• Conduct financial comparison analyses and scenario modeling in response to site and commercial inquiries.
• Facilitate finance-driven commercial decision-making utilizing both internal and external insights.
• Assist in the 3–5 year strategic planning processes.
• Offer pipeline analytics and pre-exit financial visibility.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Director to convert the sales pipeline into long-term financial forecasts.
• Aid in transformation initiatives such as standardizing the Renewals process.
• Enhance and formalize RASCI frameworks for financial gate preparation.
• Develop handoffs to Genpact/shared services for scalable modeling assistance.
• Promote ongoing improvements in commercial finance processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role within the aerospace or high-quality manufacturing industry, or MRO setting.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ideally, experience in the aerospace MRO sector (repair/aftermarket services).
• Proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders while driving initiatives to completion.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to advocate for standardization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service recovery abilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with operations, quality, engineering, sales, and commercial teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing data, priorities, and timelines.
