This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the efficient, effective, and timely provision of the Company’s services to various customers within a designated geographic area.
• Provided with a company van and tools, travels to diverse customer locations to maintain commercial properties.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and performs corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Engages in direct interactions with customers to fulfill the client’s needs.
• Employs various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and others as necessary to address maintenance challenges.
• Completes preventive maintenance tasks and repairs in accordance with work order specifications.
• Executes assigned responsibilities while adhering to company protocols, regulatory mandates, and safety standards.
• Acquires essential materials and supplies to accomplish all tasks effectively.
• Fosters a positive atmosphere with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintains prompt and consistent communication with customers and internal support teams.
• Completes EFS mandated safety and compliance training and participates in weekly safety meetings.
• High School diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care is preferred.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years of mechanical experience, encompassing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or a comparable combination of training, education, and experience.
• Any blend of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the capability to fulfill the duties and responsibilities as outlined, including relevant work experience in one or more building trades.
• Must hold necessary certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, including safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Capable of effectively presenting information in both individual and small group settings.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and communicate the status of work orders following designated business processes.
• Proficient in using handheld devices and business systems or document management database software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and Company policies related to building operations and workplace safety.
• Execute daily repairs, emergency tasks, and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and Company safety policies at all times.
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
