This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Accountable for the efficient, effective, and prompt delivery of the Company’s range of services to various clients within a designated geographic area.
• Executes preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on facilities, equipment, and outdoor spaces.
• Establishes direct, face-to-face relationships with Customers to meet their requirements.
• Fulfills preventative maintenance and repair tasks as outlined in work orders.
• Performs designated duties in accordance with company protocols, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conducts service inspections and asset evaluations as necessary.
• Ensures timely and consistent communication with customers and internal support teams.
• Fosters a positive environment with clients, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
• High School diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care is preferred.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is required; or a comparable combination of training, education, and experience.
• Must hold relevant certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, including safety policies and procedural manuals.
• Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in effectively presenting information in both individual and small group settings.
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
