This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct commercial evaluations related to integration decisions, covering customer and account analytics, channel insights, portfolio analysis, segment evaluations, and coverage metrics.
• Develop and refine sales reporting and analytics provided within Transition Service Agreements in preparation for TSA exit.
• Assist in the assessment and implementation of practices and tools, such as targeting for instrument replacement, funnel management, and sales force standards.
• Oversee commercial reporting that tracks integration milestones, revenue continuity, and customer retention metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards that display sales performance segmented by country, channel, product, and customer category.
• Analyze trends in growth, decline, and changes in product mix, identifying key underlying factors.
• Convert analytical findings into clear recommendations and prioritized action items for EMEA teams.
• Manage and analyze the installed base of instruments.
• Evaluate consumable pull-through in relation to installed instruments, identifying performance gaps and opportunities for growth.
• Enhance and maintain pipeline and Win Room data; assess funnel conversion rates, stage progressions, deal velocities, and win ratios.
• Assist in measuring forecast accuracy at both the country and EMEA levels.
• Develop and validate predictive models for opportunity scoring, conversion probability, and demand trends.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data and collaborate with country teams on improvement initiatives.
• Build and sustain repeatable data pipelines and models that contribute to the EMEA reporting framework.
• Maintain queries, scripts, models, and reporting logic in Git, utilizing branching, pull requests, and peer review methodologies.
• Automate manual analysis processes with repeatable workflows.
• Document data sources, logic, and processes clearly.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Over 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics, or a similar analytical position.
• Strong candidates with relevant internship or placement experience will also be considered.
• Experience in the Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Power BI data modeling and report creation.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including handling large datasets, performing lookups, utilizing pivot tables, and employing Power Query.
• Capability to produce clear, executive-level presentations using MS PowerPoint.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for relational data sources.
• Familiarity with Python for data preparation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Practical experience using Git version control, encompassing branching, pull requests, code reviews, and maintaining repository hygiene.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, objects, and data structure is desirable.
• Familiarity with CPQ systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques applied to commercial data is preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing and cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service administration, deployment pipelines, and row-level security is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with stakeholders across various countries and functions.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks in a matrixed EMEA environment.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change with ease.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is preferred.
