Commercial Education/Training Manager, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary education partner for key EMEA markets

• Execute targeted needs assessments to uncover deficiencies in product knowledge, clinical comprehension, and sales performance

• Develop organized, market-specific capability plans that align with country strategies and performance objectives

• Collaborate with country leaders to evaluate performance and pinpoint capability gaps

• Provide impactful in-field coaching to enhance essential selling skills

• Offer clear and actionable feedback to promote consistent commercial execution

• Work cross-functionally to design and implement high-impact training initiatives

• Lead the onboarding process for new employees

• Ensure EMEA product launch readiness through comprehensive training initiatives

• Facilitate the adoption and effective usage of commercial tools such as Salesforce Summit, Power BI, and LMS platforms

• Leverage CRM and analytics to recognize trends in pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

• Experience in hospital, diagnostics, or medical device sales within complex environments

• Demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder selling and workflow-dependent solutions

• Strong preference for experience in sales training, coaching, or commercial excellence

• Deep understanding of hospital environments and customer decision-making processes

• Capability to interpret CRM data and commercial analytics to identify performance gaps

• Experience in designing and delivering training to diverse audiences across various geographies

• Confident facilitator in both virtual and in-person settings

• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Skill in influencing without authority among cross-functional teams

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation capabilities
