This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collaborate with Global Education, US Commercial Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, Sales Leadership, Healthcare Compliance, and other functional partners to design and implement educational programs that enhance the skills of the internal clinical organization in accordance with company policies and strategies.
β’ Utilize adult learning principles and professional facilitation abilities in all training initiatives.
β’ Deliver training in various formats including live, virtual, and self-directed learning.
β’ Ensure that all educational content is up-to-date, properly approved, and compliant with all governmental and legal standards.
β’ Facilitate education on anatomy, procedures, complex clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices relevant to clinical and commercial roles for both new hires and ongoing development & training programs.
β’ Coordinate efforts with Field Sales Training to maintain continuity for learners.
β’ Engage in development activities to enhance competencies within the Learning Professional Competency Model.
β’ Organize and implement Foundations Capstone and Preceptorships to advance the application of clinical knowledge and understanding of competitive technologies.
β’ Play a pivotal role in coaching Field Sales Trainers, offering best practice guidelines for New Hires, and driving key initiatives to ensure clinical and sales competencies are achieved.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant business experience is necessary.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Neurovascular, Stroke, or Neurointerventional surgery is required.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to foster effective working relationships.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both small and large groups.
β’ An advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with J&J MedTech Neurovascular Devices and equipment is essential.
β’ Knowledge of adult learning theories and experience in virtual facilitation is required.
β’ Proficient technical skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are necessary.
