This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and manage the annual PSS GTM strategy, encompassing market segmentation, targeting and positioning, sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and packaging across all global markets.
• Identify and cultivate strategic technology partnerships to integrate PSS content into clinical workflows, enhancing adoption and renewal loyalty across institutions.
• Develop scalable packaging and cross-sell offerings — including specialized bundles — to boost average deal size and broaden the customer base.
• Direct B2B and B2C growth initiatives, including campaigns aimed at fostering early loyalty among residents and early-career clinicians.
• Oversee the renewal strategy across all regions, providing Account Management with usage data, ROI frameworks, and tools for articulating value to retain at-risk accounts and expand the customer base.
• Create and deliver standardized retention enablement packages for regional Account Management and Sales teams.
• Equip Sales and Account Management teams with segment-specific strategies, target lists, templates, and competitive resources to enhance conversion and cross-sell rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on events and campaigns to drive lead generation.
• Represent PSS commercial priorities in senior leadership and cross-functional meetings; serve as the commercial voice of the organization.
• Attend conferences and customer meetings as the subject matter expert (SME).
• Minimum of 5 years in a commercial, GTM, or sales position within healthcare IT, clinical SaaS, or a related sector.
• Proven experience managing and expanding a multi-million dollar global recurring revenue portfolio.
• Background in designing and implementing multi-region GTM strategies, including renewal programs, sales enablement, partnerships, and pricing.
• Experience in direct customer engagement and collaboration with sales teams.
• Strong analytical abilities: market segmentation, commercial modeling, and KPI analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to lead across functions and influence without formal authority within a matrixed organization.
