This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver order management support to customers within their designated Zones.
• Ensure the processing of orders is completed efficiently.
• Fulfill special customer requests, acting as the customer advocate.
• Place orders at the appropriate site.
• Follow up with customers regarding order delays or issues.
• Communicate with cross-SBU PPG employees and vendors about order statuses.
• Acquire and retain knowledge of complex customer and order guidelines.
• Accountable for precise and effective order management.
• Provide outstanding customer service by resolving customer issues and offering solutions.
• Assist in maintaining the quality and integrity of unique customer information in the customer knowledge database.
• Record incoming and outgoing customer calls in the PPG Customer Relationship Management Database.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B Order Management experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP.
• Ability to interpret and respond to customer requests effectively.
• Familiarity with Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Willingness to adapt to the department's hours of operation.
• Preferred: College degree.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish or French.
