This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of commercial and complex loan applications from the initial assessment to settlement.
• Analyze and review financial documents for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Evaluate the income, assets, liabilities, existing debts, and overall financial situation of borrowers.
• Assist in structuring loans and identify appropriate lending solutions.
• Prepare and accurately submit loan applications and credit submissions to the relevant lenders.
• Review lender policies to ascertain documentation and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial serviceability and credit assessments.
• Gather, verify, and organize necessary supporting documentation.
• Spot any missing or inconsistent information and coordinate resolutions with brokers, clients, accountants, and other involved parties.
• Communicate with lenders, BDMs, credit teams, accountants, brokers, solicitors, and clients.
• Manage lender conditions, outstanding requirements, and follow-ups effectively.
• Track application progress and provide regular updates to the broker.
• Maintain precise records, notes, and documentation within the relevant CRM or loan processing system.
• Ensure that applications and supporting documents comply with Australian lending and regulatory standards.
• Assist in preparing for settlements and ensure all outstanding requirements are fulfilled.
• Handle multiple applications while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Australian mortgage lending, commercial lending, parabroking, or loan processing.
• In-depth understanding of the Australian mortgage and commercial lending processes.
• Proven experience in managing commercial or complex loan applications.
• Significant experience working with self-employed borrowers.
• Ability to review and interpret financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
• Familiarity with Australian lender policies and credit criteria.
• Experience in preparing loan submissions and supporting credit documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively communicating with Australian stakeholders.
• Experience with platforms such as BrokerEngine, Mercury/Mercury Nexus, ApplyOnline, Salestrekker, MyCRM, Simpology, Quickli, FLEX, or other Australian mortgage/commercial lending systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting a team based in Australia.
• Willingness to complete BIR self-registration as part of the pre-employment process.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
