Commercial Counsel/Senior Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiations with Runway’s clients and strategic allies

• Establish commercial processes, tools, and infrastructure

• Equip the sales team with essential tools and knowledge

• Explore the technical facets of generative AI products

• Stay updated on legal and policy changes in generative AI

⛳️ Requirements

• A J.D. and active admission with at least one state bar

• More than 6 years of experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts

• Background in B2B SaaS customer negotiations

• Strong understanding of business principles

• Experience in managing privacy programs related to marketing and users is advantageous
