Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic collaborator across various departments

• Provide practical legal counsel and manage the entire contracting process

• Draft and negotiate diverse agreements

• Develop scalable legal frameworks

• Ensure compliance as the organization grows

• Collaborate with external legal advisors

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes in the healthcare and AI sectors

• Assist with board governance and corporate policy initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state

• 4-7 years of experience in transactional law, particularly in commercial contracts

• Familiarity with SaaS, data licensing, and healthcare-related regulations

• Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills

• Ability to provide clear and actionable legal guidance

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
