Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate commercial contracts

• Manage data licensing, technology agreements, and marketing contracts

• Assist with vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

• Work alongside internal teams to convert legal risks into practical business recommendations

• Contribute to the development of efficient legal processes

• Aid in the advancement of micro1, an AI data lab focused on training frontier models and assessing AI agents

• Strong academic qualifications

• Extensive experience with complex commercial and technology agreements

• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic, highly asynchronous setting

• Exceptional legal judgment

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Eagerness to gain knowledge in new and emerging areas

• Commercial legal experience related to data licensing, technology agreements, and marketing contracts
