This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships through proactive outreach and territory expansion.
• Oversee the entire sales process—from initial discovery and evaluation to closing deals and ongoing account management.
• Keep a precise and organized record of pipeline activities within the CRM to ensure visibility and consistent follow-up.
• Design and present engaging, data-driven presentations that effectively showcase ColoWrap’s value and outcomes, tailoring content for clinical, operational, and business audiences.
• Inform clinicians and decision-makers about the advantages and applications of ColoWrap.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and organize pilot programs.
• Offer in-person assistance during evaluations and adoption phases, fostering trusted relationships across accounts in collaboration with ColoWrap’s Clinical Educators.
• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of surpassing revenue targets in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and adept at managing data, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, or other complex sales environments where outbound prospecting, presentations, and relationship-building are key to success.
• Background in collaborating across functions—such as training, implementation, or customer success teams—to support on-site engagements, kickoffs, or business reviews and ensure seamless adoption.
• A background in healthcare or MedTech is advantageous but not mandatory for strong candidates possessing these skills.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Frequent travel (50-70%) within the US-Northeast Territory.
