This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ensure that job-site signage is present from day one.
• Participate in municipal and internal meetings.
• Keep informed about long lead item dates.
• Review the project schedule regularly.
• Always maintain updated schedules.
• Communicate schedules effectively with subcontractors.
• Perform consistent follow-ups.
• Update schedules and three-week lookahead plans on a weekly basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Ensure full compliance with all necessary safety requirements.
• Update daily logs each day with all necessary information.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain daily communication with project managers (PMs).
• Report all change orders and delay notices promptly.
• Stay current with utilities and any relevant developments.
• Ensure a timely and smooth transition to the client.
• Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Knowledge of best practices in construction budgeting.
• Strong planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingency planning.
• Understanding of construction equipment and materials, including safe operating practices and recognizing hazards or maintenance issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective leadership skills, including goal-setting, motivating team members, and managing conflicts.
• Excellent organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.

• Experience in commercial restaurant and/or multifamily construction.
