This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Ensure that job-site signage is present from day one.
β’ Participate in municipal and internal meetings.
β’ Keep informed about long lead item dates.
β’ Review the project schedule regularly.
β’ Always maintain updated schedules.
β’ Communicate schedules effectively with subcontractors.
β’ Perform consistent follow-ups.
β’ Update schedules and three-week lookahead plans on a weekly basis.
β’ Maintain a clean and safe job site.
β’ Ensure full compliance with all necessary safety requirements.
β’ Update daily logs each day with all necessary information.
β’ Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
β’ Maintain daily communication with project managers (PMs).
β’ Report all change orders and delay notices promptly.
β’ Stay current with utilities and any relevant developments.
β’ Ensure a timely and smooth transition to the client.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
β’ Knowledge of best practices in construction budgeting.
β’ Strong planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingency planning.
β’ Understanding of construction equipment and materials, including safe operating practices and recognizing hazards or maintenance issues.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
β’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
β’ Effective leadership skills, including goal-setting, motivating team members, and managing conflicts.
β’ Excellent organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.

β’ Experience in commercial restaurant and/or multifamily construction.
