• Directs the comprehensive strategy and execution of Commercial Card Implementation (CCI).
• Manages client onboarding, accelerates the pipeline, and oversees operational risk management.
• Engages in the launch of products and fintech solutions.
• Acts as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with Sales, Product, Solution Delivery, Risk, and fintech partners to expedite revenue generation and provide scalable, high-quality client experiences.
• Guides complex and high-value client implementations, which include structured kickoff meetings, site visits, and comprehensive onboarding processes.
• Supervises the delivery of platform and technical installations (such as Online Client Facing program management platforms, Payables Automation platforms, and QuickBooks integrations).
• Guarantees consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences that promote adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Product Management to operationalize new and improved products.
• Retains in-depth platform knowledge to facilitate delivery and minimize reliance on Product teams.
• Proactively manages pipeline pull-through with Sales to address stalled or complex deals.
• Promotes reductions in documentation and credit cycle times.
• Takes ownership of operational risk management across CCI, ensuring strong controls and governance.
• Leads audit engagements, aiming for at least “effective” ratings across all functions.
• Maintains high service standards for assigned high-value clients.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years of higher education and/or work experience including 3 years of relevant experience.
• 9 years of supervisory or operations experience.
