Commercial Banking Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in discovery sessions, workshops, and knowledge capture activities.

• Offer expertise in business development, prospecting, relationship management, commercial lending, and sales execution.

• Assist in clarifying Commercial Banking terminology, business processes, customer interactions, and operational workflows.

• Suggest authentic customer scenarios, coaching examples, and relevant business situations for educational content.

• Evaluate draft learning materials and provide feedback on accuracy and practical application.

• Contribute advisory insights during pilot preparation, assessment, and post-pilot enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant Commercial Banking experience within a Canadian financial institution.

• Proven track record in business development, prospecting, relationship management, and commercial lending.

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading Commercial Banking professionals.

• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly convey banking concepts to both business and educational audiences.
