This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Develops relationship strategies and oversees relationship management initiatives with both new and existing clients to enhance sales, revenue, and market share.
• Formulates and implements strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, aiming to increase revenue and deepen wallet share.
• Responsible for the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of both credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk versus return and ensures quality for both new and existing clients.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates various types of risks, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Concentrates on client opportunities by offering insights and ideas rooted in a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and financial health.
• Encourages client engagement and loyalty.
• Generates innovative ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and may provide mentorship to others.
• Maintains a strong network of senior internal and external relationships (e.g., community, industry) to actively acquire new clients and expand existing ones, while enhancing the overall client experience.
• Aims to present the full spectrum of PNC's products and services to clients by integrating the entire bank into the client experience.
• Utilizes reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities effectively.
• As defined by the business, demonstrates the ability to analyze, assess, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests, leveraging knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Experience in commercial relationship management is required.
• Preferred experience in commercial underwriting.
• Ability to establish strong commercial relationships through effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Responsible for the growth, monitoring, maintenance, and support of PNC Commercial Loans and associated products.
• Must possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management systems.
• Higher education credentials, such as a Master's degree, PhD, or relevant certifications, are desirable.
• Specific certifications may be required.
• In the absence of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be acceptable.
