This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide dedicated embedded Business Intelligence support for the designated division.
• Maintain daily interactions with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads concerning sales, performance-to-plan, and outcomes.
• Offer execution-oriented insights and thought leadership to highlight sales and program results, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee opportunity analysis, which includes identifying targeted accounts, analyzing distribution gaps, assessing display execution and effectiveness, and recognizing key/BTG account opportunities.
• Convey market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, including distribution successes and failures.
• Create market-specific tools and provide training and real-time support for field teams leveraging data in selling scenarios.
• Deliver timely ad-hoc analytics support and conduct division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and the broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Assist with planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, as well as distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and tools in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence.
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system modifications while ensuring continuity in reporting.
• Convert complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the division.
• Attend key distributor meetings alongside division sales leaders to understand and tackle business challenges.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is mandatory.
• Proficient in Power BI and familiar with data modeling concepts.
• Capable of guiding report development and interpreting DAX-based analyses.
• Proven experience reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data.
• Commercial experience working alongside executive and field-level sales teams to extract audience-targeted insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
