
Commercial Analyst – Franchisee and Supplier Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Gather and structure purchase orders and requirements from franchisees;
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers, emphasizing volume discounts;
• Keep franchisees informed and engaged regarding promotions, campaigns, and exclusive advantages;
• Develop and maintain price lists, product catalogs, commercial terms, and campaign communications;
• Produce performance and purchase compliance reports for each franchisee;
• Suggest process enhancements and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements;
• Serve as the liaison between the franchisor and partner suppliers, ensuring alignment and efficient deliveries.
• Prior experience in procurement, commercial/sales, or B2B customer service;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for engaging with franchisees and suppliers;
• Capability to organize requests, follow up, and manage multiple orders at once;
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel;
• Proactive and dedicated individual with strong negotiation abilities and a focus on results.
