Senior Pricing & Proposal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Project Management and Sales teams to evaluate scope changes and create pricing estimates for client projects of various complexities.

• Prepare Change Orders, client budgets, and proposal documents utilizing Clario and client-specific templates.

• Provide high-quality pricing and proposal documentation within established timelines.

• Assist in the mentoring and training of junior team members and conduct peer reviews as necessary.

• Keep accurate and current budget, pricing, and project information in internal systems.

• Ensure proper documentation storage and adherence to departmental guidelines.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, Science) to evaluate fee schedules and identify optimal pricing strategies for complex trials or programs.

• Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and study protocols in conjunction with functional team experts.

• Contribute to process improvements by updating templates and enhancing workflows.

• Engage in interdepartmental initiatives, including training on Change Orders and RFP processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of experience may be considered.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in life sciences, clinical research, or a related area.

• Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
