This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and qualify potential new corporate clients (B2B)
• Present solutions for benefits that align with client requirements
• Conduct external visits as needed using your own vehicle
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage negotiations
• Track the sales funnel and maintain the CRM accurately
• Prior experience in B2B sales (ideally in benefits, HR, or services)
• Established connections within the local corporate community
• Valid driver's license (category B) and a personal vehicle for visits
