Commercial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Commercial Director by conducting data analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights for enhanced commercial decision-making.

• Monitor and evaluate commercial metrics, targets, conversion rates, pipeline status, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

• Recognize performance anomalies, bottlenecks, and areas for potential improvement.

• Convert data into diagnostics, recommendations, and actionable plans.

• Aid the Commercial Director in making decisions and setting priorities.

• Oversee the sales funnel, pinpointing loss points and opportunities to boost conversion rates.

• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytical reviews for management.

• Assist in commercial forecasting and projections.

• Maintain the quality and organization of information within the CRM system.

• Map and enhance commercial processes.

• Assess performance across channels, products, campaigns, teams, and individual sales representatives.

• Collaborate effectively with Marketing and other departments engaged in the commercial process.

• Participate in projects aimed at improving and advancing the company's commercial capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in commercial analysis, Sales Operations, commercial intelligence, planning, or performance evaluation.

• Familiarity with the sales funnel, CRM systems, and commercial KPIs.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities, business insight, and a focus on achieving results.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present analyses in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work independently to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
