This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards that monitor performance against established targets at both brand and portfolio levels.
• Analyze, interpret, and influence performance marketing efforts across aggregator partners, competitors, and IPH portfolio brands.
• Observe trends and highlight deviations from targets; lead systematic gap analyses with suggested corrective measures.
• Facilitate quick responses to volatility by quantifying impacts, identifying key drivers, and proposing mitigations.
• Maintain performance scorecards by aggregator partner and brand, ensuring consistent definitions of KPIs and high data quality.
• Perform funnel analysis and driver diagnostics to identify where value is lost throughout the funnel and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to predict outcomes and assist in both strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Finance to integrate unit economics into channel recommendations.
• Create data packs and insights for partner reviews and negotiations.
• Monitor competitor activities across aggregators and related channels, offering insights into risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with Brand Aggregator Managers, Marketing, and Sales to ensure insights and actions align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Actuarial, and Finance teams to ensure recommendations are consistent with margin guardrails.
• Partner with Finance and Data Science teams to develop and assess various internal and external attribution models.
• Assist in quarterly planning by tracking targets, forecasts, and providing variance explanations for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or a relevant quantitative discipline.
• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, commercial operations, or marketplace/aggregator environments.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with SQL and/or Python/R is preferred.
• Capability to monitor performance against targets, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert analysis into clear narratives for stakeholders.
