
Commercial Aftersales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Engage significantly with our network of Dealers through regular travel (around 75%)
⢠Collaborate effectively with Dealers and customers based at dealerships, providing outstanding service and customized solutions
⢠Formulate and implement regional sales strategies for all parts segments
⢠Work closely with Dealers to enhance their service business
⢠Partner with aftersales marketing to promote eCommerce initiatives
⢠Equip Dealers with vital sales tools, training, and constructive feedback
⢠Monitor, assess, and report on sales data and market insights utilizing CRM and BI tools
⢠Bachelorās degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent experience
⢠Over 7 years in industrial product sales, ideally with manufacturers or dealer networks
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
⢠Experience with Salesforce and proven proficiency
⢠Experience in operations within the automotive and/or lift truck dealer environment is advantageous
⢠Understanding of wholesale and retail parts/service operations and the lift truck market
⢠Capability to create and execute marketing plans aimed at dealer leadership
⢠Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools for performance tracking
⢠Strong sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead
⢠Excellent skills in time management and territory planning
⢠Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a straightforward, actionable manner
