• Maintain extensive engagement with our Dealer network through regular travel, fostering robust partnerships and promoting business growth.
• Collaborate closely with Dealers and their customers, providing outstanding service and customized solutions to address their specific requirements.
• Design and implement regional sales strategies for all parts segments, ensuring alignment with national goals and routinely assessing performance alongside dealer leadership.
• Partner with dealers to enhance their service business, create new parts consumption opportunities, and ensure their teams are well-prepared to support increasing market share.
• Work in conjunction with aftersales marketing to further eCommerce initiatives and identify avenues to reach new customer demographics, assisting dealers in their market expansion endeavors.
• Equip dealers with necessary sales tools, training, and constructive feedback, encourage the adoption of key sales campaigns, and provide hands-on coaching to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales metrics and market insights using CRM and BI tools, ensuring both internal teams and dealer leaders are informed and empowered.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in industrial product sales, ideally with manufacturer or dealer networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated proficiency.
• Background in automotive and/or lift truck dealer operations is an advantage.
• Understanding of wholesale and retail parts/service operations and the lift truck industry.
• Capability to create and execute marketing strategies aimed at dealer leadership.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools for tracking performance.
• Strong sales and marketing background with a proven record of coaching and leadership.
• Excellent time management and territory planning abilities.
• Skill in communicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
