This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acting as the main point of contact and the primary owner of the account relationship.
• Overseeing all commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and the complete renewal process.
• Proactively prospecting within your designated territory to discover, qualify, and secure new ACV opportunities.
• Creating and implementing success plans for high-value accounts.
• Monitoring account health and usage trends to identify potential risks of churn at an early stage.
• Building relationships with VPs, C-suite executives, and key stakeholders.
• Supplying leadership with precise monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and movements of competitors.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to address complex client issues.
• Working alongside Renewal Account Managers to enhance the execution of lower-spend accounts.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in relationship building and closing within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in establishing strategic relationships with C-level executives.
• Capability to manage the entire sales lifecycle from beginning to end within the SMB sector.
• Experience in delivering detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers.
• Skilled at identifying and leveraging internal resources (Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Support, etc.) to enhance Clari / Salesloft brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and successfully close deals.
• A collaborative mindset that prioritizes the team over individual achievements.
• Excellent listening abilities; adept at understanding objections and transforming sceptics into enthusiastic new customers.
• High degree of empathy - it's essential for our Account Managers to be personable towards both peers and prospects.
• Experience in managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
• Consistent overachievement of quotas and revenue targets.
• Proven ability to forge strong connections and navigate rejection to achieve success.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering compelling on-site and virtual presentations to C-Level executives.
