Commercial Account Executive – LATAM, English/Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Qualify and oversee inbound sales leads generated by marketing throughout the entire sales process.

• Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM region through targeted prospecting.

• Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers to gather requirements and propose high-value solutions.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, effectively highlighting the advantages of our market-leading solutions to potential clients.

• Identify significant sales opportunities and collaborate with Mid-Market prospects on a go-to-market strategy that fosters mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Efficiently gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competitors using various resources.

• Achieve or surpass quota expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in selling complex B2B software products.

• Professional or native fluency in both Portuguese and English.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly through email and phone interactions.

• Experience in prospecting and utilizing tools such as Outreach, Dooly, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and meetings with key prospects.

• Proven success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, especially technical CXOs and VPs.

• A consistent track record of exceeding targets, with evidence of multi-year quota achievement.

• A dependable team player with a relentless drive to succeed.

• A college or university degree, preferably in technical disciplines or related fields.

• Proficient in using Salesforce CRM to manage the sales cycle.
