This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a portfolio within the Commercial segment, overseeing opportunities from initial discovery through to closure.
• Transform inbound inquiries into new clientele by conducting thoughtful discovery and effectively communicating value.
• Develop an outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from Tremendous.
• Maintain a consistent flow of opportunities across various industries and use cases.
• Conduct efficient sales cycles while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep accurate pipeline forecasts and uphold CRM standards.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer acquisition and growth.
• Recognize trends in successful deals and provide insights to improve our overall sales strategy.
• Continuously enhance your strategy based on data analysis, feedback, and experimentation.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales.
• At least 2 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.
• Strong skills in discovery and qualification.
• Capable of managing multiple opportunities at the same time.
• Excellent written communication skills; we prioritize documentation.
• High sense of ownership; you take responsibility for results, not just activities.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting with significant autonomy.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing pipeline and forecasts.
