• Take ownership of a comprehensive commercial sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demonstration, evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
• Oversee a substantial pipeline while upholding robust forecasting practices.
• Initiate outbound activities independently or closely collaborate with SDRs to cultivate pipeline opportunities.
• Create urgency and advance opportunities quickly through high-velocity deal cycles.
• Ensure excellent CRM maintenance and provide transparent updates on the pipeline.
• Work collaboratively across departments (Marketing, Product, Solutions/Implementation) to acquire and retain customers.
• Offer insights to enhance messaging, processes, and sales playbooks as the team grows.
• Approximately 5 years of experience as an Account Executive (or similar closing role) in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in managing a large pipeline and executing shorter, quicker deal cycles successfully.
• Experience in independently driving outbound initiatives or effectively collaborating with SDR support.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity; possess a strong sense of ownership along with coachability and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, structured deal management, and reliable follow-through.
