• Assist throughout the complete sales process, from initial outreach to closing, with a keen focus on follow-up and follow-through.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and existing customers, gaining insights into their needs and how our products can assist them.
• Strategically target SMB, mid-market, and small-enterprise accounts for prospecting efforts.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing position (preferably in SaaS or technology).
• At least 1 year of experience in a closing role dealing with SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts.
• Proven success in sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals.
• Execution-driven: you thrive in dynamic environments and act with urgency.
• Inquisitive and solution-focused: you continually seek to enhance your understanding of technology, your client's business, and your skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful; you identify ways to resolve issues and proactively drive progress.
