This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the business strategy aimed at acquiring new logo targets within our Commercial Account Executive team.
• Secure new business while uncovering opportunities for growth within the first year.
• Actively prospect within your designated segment and respond swiftly and effectively to incoming leads.
• Oversee a high-velocity sales pipeline and ensure a pipeline coverage of about 4x the annual quota.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, including pricing, contracting, and necessary internal approvals.
• Prioritize sales opportunities and coordinate internal Novara resources to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Create and implement a territory plan to optimize activity, pipeline development, and bookings.
• Precisely update and oversee opportunities in Salesforce, encompassing daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Quickly gain expertise in Novara’s value proposition and deliver persuasive demos and presentations via phone and web meetings.
• Engage actively in team meetings, exchange best practices, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative sales culture.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, Implementation, and Customer Success to enhance pipeline conversion and customer results.
• At least 1 year of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS sector.
• Experience in selling to SMB customers with shorter sales cycles and managing multiple concurrent opportunities.
• Familiarity with industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, and energy is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple opportunities while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
• High levels of grit, discipline, and competitive drive with a strong ambition to surpass targets.
• Strong discovery skills to identify pain points and align solutions with business needs.
• Proficient presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating value to operational and business decision-makers.
• Comfortable using modern sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and standard productivity applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
