This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• As a remote Account Executive in the UK, focusing on the Northern region, you will oversee target accounts and manage an existing portfolio of clients with employee counts ranging from 501 to 2,500, based in the Nordic and Benelux regions.
• Your main objective will be to identify new business prospects, establish a robust sales pipeline, and foster growth within the Commercial sector.
• Additionally, you will be tasked with upselling to the current account base, utilizing our Extended Access Management Identity solutions.
• Engage with the Industry: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate relationships with potential clients. You will interact with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP-level contacts, showcasing exceptional executive presence and expertise in the cybersecurity domain.
• Stay informed: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to offer valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as a leader in the industry.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the security sector, focusing on Commercial accounts, or outstanding performance in SMBs with readiness to advance.
• Proven success in managing and expanding a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience in closing deals of $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly outline deal strategy, execution, and results.
• A track record of success in upselling and cross-selling to both new customers and within an existing client base, as well as identifying customer pain points that extend beyond initial discussions.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle, effectively managing multiple opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
• Experience in conducting regular in-person customer engagements multiple times per month, with a readiness and capability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with rigorous attention to pipeline management, forecasting, and target pacing.
• Business acumen, relationship-building skills, solution selling, negotiation, and the ability to present effectively to C-Suite executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email and platforms like Slack and Zoom, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to comprehend and explain complex cybersecurity topics, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
• Resilient, self-driven, and dedicated to achieving targets while thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment where product offerings and value propositions evolve quickly, including comfort in selling against future visions while products are still under development.
• Proven ability to manage high workloads and competing priorities without compromising on execution quality.
• A collaborative team player, eager to work together to achieve common goals rather than operating in isolation.
• Curious and open to coaching, with a proven ability to implement feedback, adapt, and continuously enhance performance.
• Experience partnering with channel resellers, including enabling, account mapping, and relationship building.
• Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks is preferred.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
• Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
