This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
β’ You will manage a designated commercial territory in the Northeast, crafting a clear, data-informed strategy to enhance revenue from both new clients and existing customers. Your goal will be to consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual performance targets through a value-oriented, outcome-driven sales approach.
β’ You will lead intricate sales processes, engage with senior decision-makers, and clearly articulate how agentic AI and automation can enhance efficiency, resilience, and financial outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor for UiPath in the market, sharing insights and customer experiences that establish us as a leader in enterprise AI.
β’ You will collaborate closely with partners and systems integrators to create opportunities and ensure customer success over the long term. Internally, you will work alongside Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to optimize customer value and efficiently advance deals.
β’ You will keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI applications to anticipate customer needs and drive demand.
β’ Demonstrated success in actively targeting, prospecting, and securing new customers.
β’ A proven history of maintaining an acquisition-first mindset.
β’ An inquisitive nature regarding AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward and practical manner.
β’ Strong account planning skills, employing a research-driven approach to your territory and proactively identifying opportunities through business-oriented discussions.
β’ Confidence in navigating complex customer organizations, fostering relationships across various functions and levels of seniority, and effectively collaborating with internal teams and partners.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
