Commercial ABL Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide due diligence services, which include audit engagements, portfolio assessments, and acquisition due diligence for a diverse range of clients.

• Execute on-site or remote projects as requested by a bank or lender for clients seeking credit lines that range from below one million dollars to as high as one billion dollars.

• Conduct audits that concentrate on the company's collateral, primarily accounts receivable and inventory, by grasping intricate concepts or information.

• Document examination results in Excel templates and create a detailed written report for lenders that outlines the findings and any exceptions noted.

• Engage professionally with clients through calls and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in ABL is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities coupled with a desire to learn new concepts.

• An innate curiosity about all aspects related to transactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction software.
