This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage new clients (both inbound and outbound);
• Qualify leads and pinpoint business opportunities;
• Conduct sales meetings (either online or in-person);
• Present and demonstrate the software (demos);
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms;
• Monitor the sales pipeline and update the CRM;
• Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams;
• Track performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, average ticket);
• Maintain client relationships and support upsell and cross-sell strategies;
• Previous experience in B2B sales within the technology, software, or innovation sectors;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools;
• Consultative approach and results-oriented mindset;
• Collaborative spirit and a constant thirst for knowledge;
• Genuine interest in understanding clients and delivering real value;
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments;
