• Support high school students in navigating the college admissions journey.
• Develop academic and extracurricular plans tailored to individual needs.
• Offer structured feedback and guidance on college applications.
• Aid students in discovering their passions and exploring early career options.
• Graduate School Counselors assist students with the graduate school admissions process.
• Career Counselors provide insights and advice for gaining acceptance into competitive internships and job opportunities.
• Must be a graduate from a top 50 national university (advanced degrees such as MD, PhD, MBA, JD, or Masters are advantageous).
• Proven experience as a college counselor for high school students, with a successful record of acceptances to a top 50 national university.
• Availability in the afternoons (post 3:00 p.m.) and/or weekends to meet with students.
• A strong passion for education, coupled with skills in teaching, essay writing, and essay editing.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Capable of planning and adhering to deadlines.
• Committed to providing exceptional client service.
• Willing to engage with students for multi-year commitments.
• Previous experience as an admissions officer at top 50 colleges is preferred.
• Flexible work arrangements.
