Tax Clerk, IT and Digitalization Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess clients' business and financial operations.

• Create solutions to enhance the financial accounting process.

• Implement chosen upstream/source systems and provide training.

• Assist in firm administration and manage DATEV rights.

• Execute DATEV data transfers.

• Generate tailored reports and conduct business performance analyses.

• Update clients on the progress of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk or equivalent training as an accountant.

• Proficiency in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, including data administration and transfers.

• Strong understanding of various upstream/source systems that interface with DATEV.

• Solid grasp of financial/business principles regarding accounting logic, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Exceptional skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with other accounting or ERP software such as Odoo, Business Central, Sage, or Diamant is advantageous.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Good command of the English language.
